Software Developer
2 positions
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Design, write, read, test, and correct code for new software;
• Analyze information to recommend and plan the installation of new systems or modifications of an existing system;
• Evaluate simple interrelationships between programs such as whether a contemplated change in one part of a program would cause unwanted results in a related part;
• Support the full cycle of design, development, and testing (Agile, Waterfall — be flexible);
• Write documentation for new and updated software.
Employment Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering is required;
• The ability to work within the programming languages: Java Script, Python, Java, etc. with proficiency in at least one;
• Experience developing web applications;
• Experience creating and interfacing with developer workflow automation;
• Constant desires to improve, learn more, and take things higher.
Marketing Coordinator
1 Position
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Advise management on marketing, advertising or sales promotion opportunities and strategies;
• Develop strategies and related content for direct and digital marketing and advertising campaigns and implement them;
• Manage post campaign analysis to measure and report on marketing and advertising metrics;
• Develop and maintain social media accounts, including managing customer reviews and testimonials;
• Act as spokesperson for an organization and answer written and oral inquiries.
Employment Requirements:
• A university degree or college diploma in business marketing, public relations, communications, or journalism is required;
• At least one year’s experience in a marketing role is a big asset;
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, steer several projects simultaneously and manage priorities;
• Experience with marketing technology tools such as Marketo, Smartsheet, Uberflip, will be considered a strong asset.
Software Sales Representative
2 Positions
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintain and grow sales relationships with existing clients;
• Identify and solicit potential clients;
• Prepare and administer sales contracts and maintain customer records
• Develop, implement and report on sales strategies to achieve business goals;
• Assess market conditions and competitors’ activities and develop an awareness of emerging markets and trends;
• Consult with clients after sale to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
Employment Requirements:
• A university degree or college diploma in a program related to the Information Technologies or Commerce is required;
• 1-2 years of professional sales or pre-sales experience in a technology setting or equivalent;
• Ability to learn about new technology quickly and to easily convey features and benefits to customers.
Data Analyst
1 Position
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Implement cutting-edge techniques and tools in machine learning, deep learning and artificial intelligence to make data analysis more efficient;
• Perform large-scale experimentation to identify hidden relationships between variables in large datasets;
• Create advanced machine learning algorithms such as regression, simulation, scenario analysis, modeling, clustering, decision trees and , neural networks;
• Prepare and extract data using a programming language.
Employment Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, computer systems engineering or a related discipline or completion of a college program in
• Proficiency in using one or more programming or scripting languages to work with data such as: Python, Perl, or C#;
• Some experience and or project course work performing data analysis and applying statistics working with tools such as: Excel, R, MATLAB, AMPL, or SAS.
User Support Technician
1 Position
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Communicate electronically and in person with product users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced;
• Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions;
• Reproduce, diagnose and resolve technical problems encountered by users;
• Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
Employment Requirements:
• Completion of a college program in computer science, computer programming or network administration is required;
• Possess a minimum of one (1) year of experience in the resolution of issues related to desktop, applications, or network systems in a Windows environment;
• Strong customer service experience;
• Excellent communication skills ,both written and verbal.
